Treatment with the massage therapist

iStock_000016230477XSmallDuring the first appointment that John had with me I explained how exercise induces muscle activity, as John was using his muscles a high demand was placed on the rest of the body.

John told me that his overall health goals was to improve his strength, tone and flexibility, keeping this in mind we developed a maintenance and recovery treatment plan.

I recommended a weekly massage to help relieve muscular tightness. This allows issues to be addressed immediatel, rather than have the problems develop over time which results in a longer recovery time.

John reported the massage was great and helping him to have a psychological edge over his competitors as he felt he had a magic ingredient to his training routine.
