Injured? Why be miserable get back to having fun quicker

While lifting weights at the local Gym, Paul noticed that he had over done the lift and felt he had strained his muscle through his shoulder.

During the rest of the day and through the night the pain became worse and Paul practiced basic RICE action steps, resting and icing for 24 hours after the initial injury had taken place. This is critical to help the repair work for the body to recover from the injury quicker.

The following weeks he was compensating more during everyday activities and causing him pain as well as becoming frustrated and angry at his situation
